I love these people. They have taken care of me. I was treated very bad at another nurse practitioner's office, and felt I wasn't getting the proper care. I started seeing Michelle and feel so much better. The staff was so welcoming to me and listened to my problems. I truly feel I am now getting the best care. Thank you ladies, Laura

Not good dr to take anyone's kids to. To start my experience the dr came in to looked one one of my kids teeth and said within 2mins that we would have to go to a specialist. No big deal right? Couldn't be more wrong, they then had us go out to to make a appointment with a specialist said they would call within a week or 2 tops. After calling 3 weeks latter and agean 4 weeks we finally have a appointment set for 2mo after the 1st appointment. They then said they would be taking care of everything in one appointment and they would have to remove 4 teeth. Thinking to myself it was odd how she could tell after looking at his teeth for less then a min that she could tell they had to be removed I was kinda Leary but thought she knew what she was doing. So today was the appointment with the specialist and after talking to her they can save his teeth with caps and it's still going to be 2 more visits befor they can even do the caps. The specialist said we wasnt the 1st family that has had the same problems with Missouri highlands out of poplar bluff. Otheir families just this week had the same problems. Will not be taking any more of my kids back to Missouri highland wouldnt even take my dogs to them at this point.

Over $200 dollars to pull one tooth with the sliding fee scale. That’s not fair! I went to Aspen for $100.

OMG,This lady Sarah called to cancel my friend's appt again,last 2 months they have called to cancel his appts,I asked her why they keep canceling,she lied straight to my face,and claimed he didn't show on 1 appt,then he called and canceled 2 other appts,my friend has text messages where they canceled his appts.Wow,just blatantly lied.My guess hes on the sliding scale,and they're putting in his spots the ones with Medicaid,and other insurance.How about BE HONEST.
