Dr. Geisendorfer instantly put me at ease at our first meeting! I was scared to death with the idea of cataracts and eye surgery! When he explained that the reason at my age for having them was my eye color and the many years in the sun and living on a lake....well, that explained why at 54 years old I was in bad shape! I am astonished about how smooth my procedures went and how quickly the recovery was! Dr. Geisendorfer and his staff were fantastic! I felt very comfortable and at ease with them all. I had one surgery done in Kirksville and one in Quincy. I can't say enough about both facilities and their staff. Smooth, quick and efficient for both with no waiting. Dr. Geisendorfer made my life so much better, I can't thank him enough! I just thought I was getting old and my eyesight was going! I feel like I have a new lease on life! Thank you to all who were a part of his team!

Dr. Geisendorfer recently did cataract surgery on my husband, both eyes. He was so kind and easy to work with and answered all of our questions. My husband now has 20-20 vision- we are blessed to have had Dr. Geisendorfer!!!

From initial consultation, through 2 cataract surgeries & follow up appts., Dr. Geisendorfer was professional, knowledgeable and personable. His expertise is comforting - he's a skilled surgeon & it was a quick and painless operation! The entire process is efficient and effective and all the staff in Kirksville are accommodating, patient and will happily answer all your questions. Highly recommend!!!!

Dr Geisendorfer's office is efficiently run by friendly and helpful staff. The doctor is excellent; he listens to your questions and answers them in a patient and understanding manner. The care I received was wonderful, and when I had a slight problem after my second cataract surgery I called and was immediately connected to the doctor himself. I would not hesitate to use this provider again. I was very pleased with him and his staff at both the Kirksville and Quincy facilities.
