After serving 20 years in the military I never knew what quality medical care was until I met her. She actually listened to me and exceeded all my expectations. Though I am no longer a patient of hers because I moved from the area I will always remember her fondly.

I had my first zoom visit with Dr Turner, she seemed very interested in my concerns and listened to me. However, follow up from the nurse has been terrible. I guess no response means we got it? I called 3 times just to confirm they got it website new to me and wasn't sure if I did it correct, no response finally called asked if nurse was working I got a yes we got it (through the web portal) no meds called in I gave them info on Tues by 12 now Friday 1 pm yet!

Dr. Turner has been my physician for over a decade. She is caring, knowledgeable, and current with her education. Her staff is great and helpful. Would not see anyone else.

I've seen Dr. Turner for quite a few years now. She's very friendly and will stop and listen to you. She really cares about my health and she focuses on prevention, which I really like! She won't sugar coat your diagnosis, but does it without making you feel bad. She also offers helpful advice. The only negative is that on rare occasions I've had a long wait, but that happens when a doctor actually talks to their patients.

Excellent doctor. I have seen her for over 20 years. Dr. Turner is very knowledgeable and has a great "bedside manner". The clinic is in the Truman Medical system and suffers from a very negligent staff. I have recommended her to friends.

She is one of the best. The staff is great. I have been going there for almost twenty years! They are awesome!!

I've been a patient for over 20+ years, thank God I'm not sickly are I would be dead. Refills never taken care of until the 3rd call, nurse never calls back. From previous reviews this appears to be the norm. Anyway, like a bad marriage I wanted it to work, but now its time to cut the cord, I've put more of my life in careless hands and I have had it.

Love Dr.Turner, but the nurse that I saw last time barely spent 5 minutes with me and dis not address any of my concerns and told me to follow up in 3 months!!! Here it is 3 weeks later and my symptoms are the same if not worse. Really wish they would spend time with their patients especially since I have gone there since I was a child. Kind of disappointed. We will see if I can get in again anytime soon and have someone that will actually listen to me and not just rush me.

Loved Dr. Turner, but she seemed to be overloaded with patients. She seemed rushed the last few months. I was feeling my care might be compromised by things that were out of her control. I had to move on.

NP does not know what is covered by insurance, & a 10 minute in office procedure "facility fee" (not including the physician's bill) ended up costing hundreds of dollars even with insurance! Even after calling their billing department who did find that my "facility fee" was billed incorrectly the first time; I was told that they could not send me an itemized bill to show was was changed/removed/or incorrect! This place & the Truman Medical Center "facility fee" is a scam! Worst experience I've ever had in healthcare, & I will never go back.
