Go anywhere else, but here. The service sucks. They literally turned me away because I didn’t have a mask, even after I offered to buy one. What kind of doctor’s office does this? Also, the communication is not good. I don’t recommend this office and I understand the other low ratings.

My first appointment with Dr. Finch went well - not the friendliest staff, but Dr. Finch was nice so I made a follow-up appointment. At this appointment, I couldn’t find parking so I called from the parking lot to say I’d be about 10 minutes late. They said fine, but then called me back to say I couldn’t be seen since I was going to be late. When I asked why the change and stated that 10 minutes was still in their grace period, the staff became very rude and hung up on me. I tried calling back and got no answer and later on when I tried to reschedule my appointment, they told me that I could no longer be a patient there because I’d “harassed” the staff. I’ve never harassed anyone in my life. Steer clear.

I really liked Dr. Finch and Dr. Rubin but have decided to switch doctors because I am not sure the biller and coder knows what she is doing. I went for a physical in Dec 2017 and had a pap smear in May 2018. So I would have been due for another physical Dec 2018 but went to visit family in California, making my appointment for Feb 2019. When I get there, I am told they can't do the physical, draw blood, do urine sample, because of the pap smear I had in May 2018. I didn't understand because these things hadn't been done since Dec 2017 but didn't want to have to pay for them if my insurance decided not to cover it, so I didn't have anything done and was told to come back after May. I did have to pay my 30$ co-pay, though. I am not sure what happened with my insurance but they did eventually make this office pay me back the 30$. Maybe it was billed as an annual physical, which I was due for, but no work was done? I really don't know. I moved to Florida for two years March 2019 to March 2021 so haven't been able to make it back to the doctor for some time. Then today I called, against my better judgment, for a pap (due every three years, so I am two months past my due date) and physical and was told they can't do both at the same time. And proceeded to make an appointment for just one, ignoring the other thing I inquired about. After getting off the phone, I messaged some friends whom said they do their annual and pap smears together. And I was always able to combine them in the past at other offices and under different insurances. So I was kind of confused and also really don't want to deal with insurance billing issues again nor inconveniences of my time so I called back and canceled. Going to switch to a doctor at St. Luke's because they were all really awesome when I went to their vaccine site for my Covid shot and I definitely do not recommend this office even if the doctors are great.

I respectfully disagree with posts that have criticized Dr. Finch’s staff, particularly Keva and Darlene, who are very kind to me. I have been a patient there for almost 10 years and have always been treated very professionally and courteously by these women, who help me with appointments, relay information back and forth to Dr. Finch, and answer a variety of questions. Unfortunately, in a busy medical practice, I am sure that a disappointed patient is inevitable, but I have always been very grateful for the attention given me by Dr. Finch and her staff.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL! They called me 10 mins before my appointment ask for payment in full for a bill I was not aware of ! So I couldn’t talk to the doctor that day even if I agreed to set up a payment plan ! Then they charge me a cancellation fee because I wasn’t able to pay in full and wont take it off & the lady hung up on me while I was talking! I will NOT BE BACK! Then she told me if she remove the charge I cant be seen again in the office . I talked to 3 different reps and they all were rude .

Find someone who will treat you with consideration!!! Very unprepared and unprofessional! I know we are in a pandemic and certain adjustments have been made to ensure safety but my experience made me turn down the scheduled appointment. I was given a thick new patient packet to complete with no clipboard and was forced to complete this packet in the hallway on a wall and when I asked for another pen because the one I had went out I was greeted by a rude and unprofessional nurse assistant that left me no other choice but to leave. That large packet should have been mailed and I should have at least been given a clipboard. The only seating offered was not compliant with CDC recommendations and they should be better prepared for new patients!!!

Keva was extremely condescending and not helpful at all. It's like they don't want the business. It's crazy ! Judging from the reviews they obviously don't care and this is just how this place is ran.Dr Finch was nice and I liked her when I met her but the people who represent her practice need to be replaced. I will never be back! Please don't waste your time here go where your business is appreciated and welcomed

I've utilized Dr. Finch for years now as my personal physician. I have always found the staff to be professional and friendly. Dr. Finch goes beyond what I have experienced with other physicians and patiently answers all of my questions. I have a number of illnesses. I appreciate the fact that she doesn't try to over medicate you, but tries other means first and encourages me along the way. I couldn't ask for better care.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about this health care office. Appointments are right on time, staff are friendly and very professional, and the atmosphere is very warm and inviting. Dr. Finch takes time to address all issues and handles all issues professionally. Kudos....*****
