Best Orthopedic Surgeon!! The first time I met Dr. Heincker was when I fell off a ladder and broke my hip. The initial xray was done in Lebanon but they do not have a surgical department so I was referred. The ER doctor in Lebanon said Rolla had a really good orthopedics department and as a matter of fact they have one of the best surgeons in the state. I put a lot trust in that statement and I have never regreted the decision to go with Dr. Heincker. He pinned the hip and I gave him a 5 star rating with that surgery. I have since fallen down our stairs and the pinned hip started deteriorating so I needed a hip replacement. I talked to a lot of people about their hip replacement and their doctor and it was very clear Dr. Heincker was doing my second surgery!! This surgeon is truly the best. He is very skilled in his field. He is thorough, honest, personable, kind, compassionate, and his follow-up care is outstanding. There are a lot of good surgeons but Dr. Heincker is at the top of my list!!

Dr. Heineken is one of the kindest, compassionate doctors I have ever met. His staff is fantastic. To find a doctor of his stature in the middle of Missouri is a rare find. I would not have anyone else perform my surgery.

Hi, just saw Dr Heincker, he gave me a shot that I never felt, what he said was very informative and to the point! His bedside manner was the best I've seen in a long time! He's an Orthopedic SURGEON in Rolla, Mo. Saw DR HEINIKER again today, received 3 steroid shots, he as always is so very kind and understanding. I am almost 80 and he treats me like he would his own grandmother and that is an amazing feeling. I would gladly give 10 stars but here's 5 stars twice! 10-6-25.

I accidently broke my hip and was transferred to the Rolla Hospital for surgery with Dr. Alan Heincker. The last surgery I had was 40 years ago so my anxiety level was off the charts. However, after the first visit with him, I immediately relaxed. He calmly explained the process in detail and on my level. He was honest about his time frame explaining he had one patient in front of me, how long he expected it to take, and then said he would immediately be up for me. And it all happened just as he explained. He is very personable, very pleasant, very upbeat, and I believe extremely competent in his ability as a doctor. I have the upmost respect for this doctor and believe his patients are more than just patient to him. Thank you for the job you do Dr. Heincker!!!

Dr heinekers in excellent doctor he fixed my shoulder that was tore all the pieces tore all the muscles in it and he got me back a good shape he's taking care of my knees wouldn't recommend any other doctor
