Didn’t care about accuracy and quality of care Visit was rushed, did not look at my previous record, acted on guesses instead of asking questions, lied about how much time she spent with me. I felt she did not care.

So glad I found this doctor! I highly recommend! I was very impressed with Dr. Hernandez, she probably spent 45 minutes on my first visit, I had a lot of health issues, my rheumatoid arthritis was totally out of control because I had been without care ever since I left Saint Charles County Missouri. Didn’t think I’d ever find a doctor out this way that could help me, but I finally did and I am so grateful for Dr. Hernandez, she is very knowledgeable and listens to her patients and explains things very well to her patients. I am so glad I found her, and I highly recommend her!

New patient unsatisfactory experience. I needed a new primary care physician since my doctor left PhelpsHealth to be a Hospitalist at St. Mary's Hospital in May 2022 Dr. Hernandez-Sanchez: 1. Rushed through new patient information. 2. She had not taken the time to look at my medical records when I have been a patient of providers at PhelpsHealth.org for since 2009. 3. Changed my meds even though I was perfectlty fine and handled my meds appropriately. 4. FIRST question she asked me is "Are you on the PhelpsHealth Board of Directors?" which I am not and I thought this was inappropriate.

versatile, caring, professional, informed Dr Hernandez-Sanchez is a wonderful doctor with knowledge in many aspects of well care. She is kind and considerate and doesn't rush you through, she spends the time needed to ensure you are able to cover all aspects of your health care.

Very pleased Dr. Hernandez is very thorough. She makes a point of giving great eye contact and is “present” with you as you explain issues or concerns.

Rushed and not satisidied not very satisfied. she did not review my chart prior to visit so was completely unprepared. she only allotted 30 minutes total for appointment including her physical exam which did not allow for covering everything. I have multiple chronic conditions and she stated that she does not usually see this kind of patient that it was good that I have specialist at BJC.

Very dissatisfied. She prescribed a medication for no reason and did not inform me about its effects. She did not consider that I was already taking a similar medication, which led to a severe reaction that required a call to 911 and an ambulance trip to the ER and ICU.
