First podiatrist I went to, went for an ingrown toenail. He didn’t even get the ingrown part out, he essentially scraped off the tip of the iceberg and charged me $30. I will not being going back.

Excellent podiatrist and very pleased with care! I was seen by Dr. Johnson on Wednesday, June 28, 2023. On my left foot, my big toe had ingrown toenails on both sides, which caused nothing but pain that had been progressing. I explained to Dr. Johnson I was about to go on vacation and he initially wanted to help relieve the pain, while also ensuring I enjoyed my vacation. He gave me the option of permanently removing both sides of my ingrown toenail, but added I might experience discomfort on vacation. I elected to have the procedure completed and he completely removed both sides of my ingrown toenail. A week later, I am beyond happy with the procedure he performed. It was towards the end of the day and he could have elected to take the easy way out and just trimmed my nail for a temporary fix, but he stayed all the way until the office was closed to make sure I got the best care. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Johnson to anyone needing a caring, trustworthy, and competent podiatrist. Phelps Health has an asset employing Dr. Johnson!!!

DR. Johnson was amazingly comfortable to talk to. I was anxious obout what would be needed done to my bid toe, he listened to my concerns and did the minimum needed. I walked relaxed and problematic toe fixed. Thanks DR. Johnson.
