Jennifer M O Malley's Online Review Report Card

I really liked having Dr. Jennifer O'Malley as my primary care provider. She was always on time, kind, and listened carefully during appointments. She seems super smart, compassionate and willing to help! I removed one star only because it was a constant struggle to get her staff at Phelps Health in St James to fulfill the basic aspects of their jobs correctly. As great as she was, the mistakes that they consistently made weren't tolerable and made it nearly impossible to get quality care from their clinic. It's honestly been awhile since I was Dr O'Malley's patient, so hopefully improvements to her staff have been made in that time. I recommend giving her a chance as your physician if you are looking for a good doctor, but don't be afraid to move on if you encounter multiple issues with her staff not being competent like I did. But I wish her well, appreciate the help that she tried to provide me with, and I hope that she's been blessed with colleagues at least half as dedicated to healing as she is.

Professional, caring and thoroughly examing I have seen Doctor O'Malley for several times this year. She is very professional and personal too. She is very thorough with examine me and using lab works. She is very patient with me to explain my condition and treatment plans. She is a great young doctor.I also like to say the office staffs are also great. They are very friendly and helpful. I happened to have some issues of falling down. They squeezed me to see Doctor O'Malley. I really appreciate it.

Poor relations Visit, no visit couldn’t get past the receptionist. We quit going to Jennifer for the same reason she has no time for seniors on Medicare. Always sent in one of her nurse practitioners, which is ok once in a while and only when you okay it. This time they wouldn’t even see us until February of 23. Said we were not patients of hers anymore. I’ll find anyone else except her!

Great Doctor

We were able to consult with Dr OMalley by phone on the weekend for a significant health concern. She listened intently and immediately called a new prescription. We couldn’t ask for better care!

She doesn’t really care about her patients. She is extremely nice for sure. But that is where it all ends. If you are really sick or need help, she refuses to see you and they will book you for months later. You’ll end up going to nurse practitioners (walk-ins). What’s the benefit of having a primary care when you have no access to her when you need her the most? Even when you message her, she doesn’t care and her staff will give you a general comment. I have been struggling with a serious disease for a month with several ER visits and visits to other doctors and yet, she hasn’t seen me. She just doesn’t care that much. This was my experience, yours might be better (I hope) Jessie, Cuba, Mo.

Friendly, Professional. She is replacing my doctor who died.she asked questions about ongoing issues.She prioritized current issues and established a path for secondary issues to be followed up on.She made sure my meds could continue and had me sign a contract regarding narcotics. I appreciate this as many doctors just send you to a pain management clinic.i had already spent a year and 10 procedures at one. I did not want to repeat. Thanx
