We saw Dr. Gifford for our daughter for a few months before we moved out of town. She was kind, asked questions, and always listened to any of our concerns, giving us thorough answers or solutions. Definitely recommend.

Wellness check-upDr. Gifford seemed very annoyed in our visit today. She did not act like she wanted to be at work or answer simple questions in regards to concerns. She had very short retorts for answers to questions.

Best Peds EverWe recently moved away, but saw her for 8+ years before that.One kid since birth, one kid since age 3. Note my children have allergies, sensitivities and other medical issues, some of which require medications daily.She's absolutely the best Pediatrician ever and we wish to find someone like her again!Listens to concerns, from both Mom and children themselves, listens to a Mom's gut instinct and is willing to order tests or referrals for said instincts to be explored further.Doesn't push things on you and is not shy to order testing and referrals as stated above. Highly recommend!

She has always been caring and knowledgeable with our son he's only 2 months but we've seen her 3-4 times. Even called in eye ointment on the weekend over the phone. She was the on call doctor.I don't get the one star rating below she didn't elaborate?! Why didn't they get their vaccines they came in for. Also I would trust Dr Gifford over Mercy any day of the week ! Especially in Rolla !

ConfusedI don't understand the poor ratings. She has been caring, sympathetic, and knowledgeable. She's been great with our son.

Even for an employee of Phelps heath this doctor did not care that a nurse waited for over two hours in her office and never received the vaccines she came to get for her 15 month old. Don’t use this office for pediatrics go to mercy pediatrics at least they respect your time.

Wish I could rate a zero. Didn’t even acknowledge the rash on my baby’s neck. Acted as if it was perfectly normal. Always over an hour late to all 3 appointments I’ve had with her. On top of everything, she miscommunicated which vaccines i wanted and gave my child 2 vaccines I declined.
