I've had one office visit with Dr. Phippen. We definitely started off wrong, she was one hour late and offered no explanation. The actual visit lasted about ten minutes and was sufficient.

I wouldn’t recommend Dr Phippen, I done prep, set in room for a 4 hour wait. No one came to check on me . Just let me set for four hours. I finally got tired of waiting, hadn’t eat for 36 hrs. I had to leave. I find out she makes her patient wait ,and don’t even show up for work some days.

Excellent Doctor. She and her staff are caring and competent. They take the time to interview the patient and explain treatment options and expected outcomes and works hard to achieve the best results following surgery.

Was admitted through the ER and assigned to Dr. Phippen. She was wonderful in every step of the process.
