Dr. Buchanan treated me for eye droop. He was excellent! I am so pleased with the results. I was apprehensive about having surgery on my eye, but he put me at ease, did an excellent job, and my healing and recovery were amazing. I'm so thankful I went to Dr. Buchanan and had something corrected that had been bothering me for years.

I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Buchanan and his staff in O'Fallon, as well as his surgical staff in Des Peres. I was given a through examination to determine the extent of my problem and procedure that would best correct it. I was given detailed information regarding the procedure, insurance coverage, how to prepare for the procedure and what to expect during and after the procedure. I had trouble opening my eyelids upon awakening. I did not realize how the procedure would not only correct that, but would also increase my range of vision as much as it did. I was having trouble reading my piano music and had tried various lights, cushions for the piano bench, etc., with not much satisfaction. About a month after the surgery I am able to sit down at the piano and look up at the music at see it clearly. I had no idea it was a problem with my eyes since my vision test showed I could see 20/20 with glasses. Turned out I was trying to see out over my droopy eyelids!

Dr. Buchanan preformed eyelid lifts to correct droopy lids that were obstructing my vision. I am delighted with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Last month I had upper eyelid surgery. Yesterday, my family doctor told me what an excellent job my surgeon had done. That surgeon was Dr. Adam Buchanan. The entire process was so professionally executed from my first consultation to my release today. I am so happy with the results. Not only can this 80 year old see better but I even look younger!

Dr. Buchanan performed a surgery to correct a ptosis of my left eyelid. He was recommended to me by my primary Ophthalmologist and I couldn't be happier! From the initial consultation to the surgery itself, Dr. Buchanan was extremely thorough, he has a wonderful bedside manner, very informative and kind. I'm extremely happy with the results and would not hesitate to consult with him again if I'm in need or want any future treatment or surgery of my eye, whether medically necessary or cosmetic.

He was able to fit me in for a last minute session due to a cancellation. Even though it was my first time there, they were able to process my information and take care of my problem very quickly. The whole time he was very polite and made me feel less stressed about my eye problem.
