My husband Glenn and I have both been patients at Signature Orthopedics over the past 12 months. We both had appointments with Dr Zippay. The office staff is friendly, caring and courteous. Our visits with Dr Zippay were outstanding. She listens, gives you the time and attention needed. Her diagnosis and treatment plan were explained clearly. She helped to relieve the pain we had lived with for months and are so grateful.

I had my first dealing with Dr. Zippay yesterday for a hip injection. I had one some years ago by another doctor that was quite painful so I was nervous. Her nurse brought be back to the procedure room early & was extremely compassionate & made me feel comfortable. Dr. Zippay came in the procedure room, introduced herself & explained in detail everything she was doing. I had very little discomfort from the procedure! They both were professional & concerned about my pain. I look forward to a relationship with Dr. Zippay & her staff for future issues I have with chronic pain.

She is amazing, listens, very patient, and very personable. When doing injections she takes cues from the patient to determine how slow or fast to go. She doesn't mind if you need to take a breather. She's very professional and kowledgeabel as well. Her assistant and office staff are amazing as well. They remember you and past situations you may have mentioned they remember on your future visits.
