Dr. Kates was through familiar with patient’s previous history and patient in explaining tests needed. He is both professional and nice.

Dr. Kates implied that we were wasting his time. He was very short and would cut my wife off when she was trying to talk to him. He had poor bedside matter. I would not recommend him. I will be finding another cardiologist to follow up with.

The doctor took the time to call and explain the condition. He had the courtesy to answer my questions until I understood the answer. His patience in explaining helped me understand that what I thought was wrong wasnt and takes away that concern. Very few doctors will take the time to answer a patients concerns after the appointment. Steve Harris 5
