Believe the many bad reviews you see and Do yourself a favor and never go THERE! There is a reason this place is ridden with bad reviews. They are Rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache! Horrible horrible front office staff. I would give 0 stars if I could rate that low.

Lots of bad reviews recently and have seen why. My last appointment this year was during the workday and my co-workers had caused some problems causing my later than expected arrival. The office staff at the Dr's office canceled my appointment when I was less than 10 minutes away as "the doctor shouldn't have to wait on you". Say what? Every time I have come in, I wait at least 30 minutes in the front waiting area and another 30 to 45 minutes in the exam room before even being seen! To top it off, they insist on charging me 50.00 for canceling my appointment. The front desk girl cancelled- NOT ME. Stay away from this office at all costs!!

I absolutely love Dr. Naumovich as my doctor. She listens to my needs and has helped me to better control my diabetes. She has helped my son on countless occasions with his health as well. She is a very caring doctor who spends time with each of her patients. I highly recommend her as a doctor.

She is terrible. Rude. Barely diagnoses anything. Makes me come in every 3 months or she won't renew my prescriptions. Office staff is also rude. There is so much turnover, it seems like there are all new people every time I visit.

My husband was Anna’s first patient when she went into private practice. We have used her for 40+ years. She listens and treats with care and compassion. She has referred to excellent specialists and I couldn’t ask for more.

Dr. Naumovich listens and spends quality time with me. She makes me feel like I have a say in my health and guides me to make good decisions. Highly recommend.

Horrible, she's rude, unprofessional, racist, the experience was the worst I have ever been through. Stay clear. She is old and under educated it seems. She just needs to retire. Only cares about the money and will suck it any way she can.

I gave this office a try and the benefit of the doubt because it was conveniently located. I stuck it out for 3-4 years since I only had to visit the doc once a year. My bad choice (location over quality care) finally caught up with me when the rude, high turn-over front staff and CNA (pretending to be a skilled nurse) and the doc herself became as rude as the outdated, mix matched furniture in the poorly lit, need a deep cleaning dump, pretending to be a doctor's office! Dr. Naumovich is not engaged with her patient's health to say the least and absolutely no follow up here .. not in the manner that should when a person is placing their health in her hands! And so today they had the nerves to become rude when I requested a copy of my records ... had the gaul to threaten to violate HIPPA and my rights to my medical records/file! Shame on you doc and staff for trying to withhold my records beacuse of your feelings of entitlement! If you are looking for a conveniently located doc, don't brother wasting your time here .. you'll sacrifice professional quality healthcare! Take heed ... It's a reason this dump is tucked in a residential neighborhood, not part of a group and with a fat 2 1/2 star rating! I would stay clear of this doctor and her clinic. I never write reviews but this needs to be said. I am not an employee of hers nor a patient.. but somehow she got ahold of my full name and number. I received a threatening call from her; she was accusing me of unimaginable things that would ruin my name. I am a student going into the medical field and accusations like this are not held lightly. She did not let me get a word into the conversation, she kept insisting that she was right and that she will get higher ups involved in this. I went through stress to clear my name from this deranged women. I contacted her office wanting to talk to her, they informed me she would call me back. But I have not received a phone call from her for an explanation nor an apology. For your health and sanity, go to a different doctor, ANY doctor.. just not her.
