Dr. Caciolo really took the time to listen to me. She has been my doctor for 20 years and I really the like fact that she insists on annual well exams. She is kind and generous with her time.

I had an appointment with Dr. Caciolo this past week and was so vey impressed with the amount of time she spent with me. She was very attentive and asked probing and permeant questions. She also had a very nice and kind demeanor. The office was spotless and the staff was great.

I went to her seeking help amd answers for my chronic pain. She ran some tests, but when they were "negative" she dismissed me. She told me I had no signs of inflammation or arthritis. My tests indicated otherwise, though. I finally sought out a second opinion, and that doctor was surprised by Dr. Caciolo's blatant neglect. After more tests were run based on the findings from Dr. Caciolo's tests, it was discovered that I have arthritis in my cervical spine which has caused spinal stenosis. I now have permanent damage and will likely need surgery in the near future. I just regret not seeking a second opinion sooner because maybe the more conservative treatments would have been more effective back then. But instead, I was made to feel crazy for my symptoms after she told me that my test results were "normal" and referred me to a behaviral therapist for fibromyalgia. In addition to this, her office is a time warp to the 1950s. Saying the office was outdated would be an understatement. Now, I wasn't going to judge the office by the lack of 21st century technology, but when it results in huge delays and an inability for the doctor to view x-rays, I'm gonna say it's a problem. Seriously, the whole experience was rather surreal. Save yourself the pain and trouble I went through and just see a different doctor.
