Dr. Shadel was thorough, patient, and gave great advice. I trust her expertise as a competent dermatologist.

My husband has seen this doctor twice. She recommended removal of something on his back. An appointment was made, time taken off work for both us only to be told they don’t do surgical procedures of that kind in the office. Did it not occur to her to mention this before scheduling the appointment?! She also had her assistant deal with the explanation as she conveniently left the room. I would give her a zero star if it was available. I saw another doctor in this group & had a disappointing experience. Look carefully at other choices before using this group.

Would never recommend this doctor, if zero stars were available that would be too high. An appointment was made to have a procedure done. Day of the appointment her assistant reveals they don’t do that in the office. Don’t you think the Dr should have revealed that tidbit before wasting our valuable time & still not having the issue resolved ? No apology from her….too many other good doctors to settle for this one.

Would leave zero stars if it was available. Scheduled a procedure & day of said they don’t do that type of procedure in the office. There is no excuse for not revealing that information, scheduling an appointment & then recommending going to another doctor. A wasted trip, time away from the office…her time is not the only one of value!! Never will go again & will certainly not recommend to anyone!!!! ...

I have recommended Dr Shadel to many friends & family members. Each one has been very pleased with her skills & her personality. She’s thorough & never makes me feel rushed. I’m so glad someone recommended her to me years ago.

I really liked Dr Shadel she's a very good doctor however their office policy should change. I missed a couple of appointments which was my fault and I apologized and told her how much I valued her but I was still dismissed from her office I called twice trying to become a patient there again but she continued to say no because it was obvious policy. I think she should base it Case by case so me and my family will be going elsewhere

Spent less than a minute with me and told me she can't help me. Clearly, it is a skin issue. Provided no advice except to go to a different practitioner; however didn't formalize the referral. Felt like I was ripped-off. If speed counts, she is great.

I was met with promptness, kindness from the staff, nurses and Dr.. If I knew it was this easy to have a skin check- I would have done it many years ago. Very easy. Dr. Shade is very qualified and showed the utmost respect for the full body 'search' for any negative spot on my body. I highly recommend her!
