nope, nada, biggest mistake ever made.

I went to Water Tower Dental in Arnold Mo, he comes there once a month for dental surgeries. He is very rude. I had 10 teeth pulled and was charged $3,440.00 seen him for a few seconds then knocked out never seen him again. Had to go back just last week to get some bone pieces out of my mouth so I can wear my denture's and he absolutely refused to do anything and left the room. Very very rude. So now I can't wear my denture's and I had this done back in July, ridiculous. I will NEVER go to him again nor will I ever refer anyone to him. The office staff was great.

Not only do I still have the cyst he was supposed to have removed, this doctor goes completely against Premier Dental practices by requiring CASH payment up front in full. He claimed to work with my insurance. He does not. After all was said and done, I over paid by $1000.00 and will never see that money again. Other than the receptionist, his staff is HORRIFIC. They don't know how to code insurance and they don't return calls. This surgeon is completely unethical, causing alarm for no reason, forcing you to jump at surgery thinking you have cancer. He refuses to take payment plans and requires payment in full PRIOR to services rendered. He is an embarrassment to oral surgeons and I have no idea why Premier Dental keeps him on staff when they've been made aware of his shady practices. Buyer beware. Get a second opinion.

I WOULD NOT recommend this place. They have very shady business practices. They will Bill you THOUSANDS more than the price quoted at the initial consultation well after the work has been performed. I had to file a grievance with my insurance company and let them do the fighting for me. After MONTHS & MONTHS of back & forth between the two, my insurance co FINALLY got them to realize that contractually they could not charge me above the negotiated rate between them and the insurance Co. So I wound up paying several hundred dollars more but not the THOUSANDS that they were trying to stick me for. If you are going thru an experience like mine, call your insurance, file a grievance, and let THEM fight that battle for you.

The reviews left for Mr. Stutz here do not match my experience. If it wasn't for the pain I was in, I never would have gone through with the procedure. Maybe he is impartial to NON-White patients. He did not want to answer questions about the procedure and provided rushed one word reply's to mine and my husbands questions. He was VERY rough when inserting my IV and had absolutely no compassion. I asked to have him check my other arm but he seemed rushed and wanted to continue with the rough insertion of the IV into the first area that was more convenient for him. When we left, we had to call back 5 min later w/questions about the prescription only to find out that he was rushing so because he had to get to lunch. I definitely left feeling like Mr. Collin Stutz only worked on my NON White mouth because it's mandatory for the practice he is a part of. ZERO STARS

Absolutely wonderful. Been through 2 surgeries with Dr Stutz and each time has been great . No pain after surgeries and pretty much back to normal life after . Highly recommend.

Money grubbing , i was sat in the chair the doctor at the last minute said there’s a extra change double the initial amount paid and immediately left the room. If your a minority I would strongly reconsider this place Dr. Stutz cares more about cash than the patient . I was felt like a second class citizen, not a inclusive environment at all.

The office staff at this place is HORRIBLE and unprofessional !! They should be investigated for Insurance FRAUD. I have had two separate incidents with fraudulent billing issues. I refuse to be referred to this office for ANY type of service. The billing staff has no idea of what they are doing and they give you misleading information as to billing and charges. The lady Janie that works with insurance claims actually hung up in my face because she couldn't explain to me why I being charged $200 for a visit that did not exist! She wouldn't stop cutting me off and she had no answer for me as to who put this claim on my account. When I tried to call back after she hung up on me, they kept sending my call and my insurance rep to voice mail. I will be contacting the corporate office immediately. I wish I could give negative stars here...

My 9y/o had two teeth pulled by Dr. Stutz and he was fantastic. From the initial consultation to the actual procedure, Dr. Stutz explained everything to us and made my son very comfortable about having his teeth pulled. Dr. Stutz was able to extract his teeth without removing his wire from his braces, which saved us time and money so utilizing an oral surgeon over a family dentist is the way to go. My son experienced very little discomfort, and is actually looking forward to seeing him again for his wisdom teeth when the time comes. Thank you Dr. Stutz!

My daughter had a baby tooth situation that needed immediate help. Dr. Stutz got us in the very next day and was wonderful to my daughter. She was very nervous and he explained all her options and made her feel very comfortable. The procedure was so quick and we were in and out in no time. I highly recommend this doctor and his office. All the staff were welcoming and kind and I have only great things to say about Dr. Stutz.
