Dr.Irvine listened to me intently, thoroughly explained the procedure I was having, came in to talk to me pre-surgery. He is articulate, professional and calm. He did a wonderful job on my meniscus knee surgery.

Dr Irvine replaced both of my knees in 2011 and 2014, and its the best decision I ever made. God gave me the best staff and doctor. I never did a review, but today is the day because somebody need to hear this., he's genuine, honest and he cares. THANK YOU FROM THE FULLNESS OF MY HEART FOR GIVING ME MY LIFE BACK... My knees still feel AMAZING...

I needed to have both of my hips replaced due to degeneration. I was down to bone on bone in both hips. Dr Irvine listened to me and agreed with my course of action to replace both hips. He answered all my questions and scheduled me for surgery right away. I had to wait 6 weeks between hip to allow healing of one side. He did a great job and checked up on me both times. He is a very happy kind of guy and all the nurses speak highly of him. I would definitely recommend him for anyone considering the need of an Ortho Dr. As a side note, I was able to go into MyMercy and see his post surgery notes with tons of detail as to what he did and what he used.

After 40 years of destroying my body in the Commercial roofing trade I reached out to Dr. Irvine he has recently completed my second rotator cuff surgery and in no uncertain terms is absolutely the best at what he does very cordial he listens to what you’re saying then he explains in layman‘s terms what the fix is and does absolutely nothing less than that in my book he is top shelf and I will be forever grateful

Dr. Irvine is the only orthopedic surgeon I, my family, and friends will see and obtain treatment through. He’s simply the best in our opinion. No surprises, and he tells you exactly what the issue is and corrects exactly how he says he will. Just today he was able to fix three (3) completely torn tendons in my shoulder through arthroscopic surgery only...simply amazing job. I encourage anyone who is looking for a top surgeon to take this review at face value and meet with Dr. Irvine and his staff...it will not be regretted.

My wife broke her ankle. Dr Irvine examined her and determined surgery was needed. He and his entire staff did an outstanding job. Always willing to answer questions. Didn’t talk over our heads. Follow up visits were quick yet thorough. Treated us with great respect and has a really good sense of humor. We can highly recommend Dr. David Irvine and Mercy Orthopedics!

Doctor Irvine is a true professional I just went thru Orthoscopic surgery he did a great job it’s only been a day or two but I’m not in a tremendous amount of pain and I believe things are gonna work out well for me it took me 40 years to destroy it and he put me back together in a day I want to thank him and his staff

Dr. Irvine is one of the best in Missouri hands down. He’s the only orthopedic surgeon I will see, and the only one I refer friends and family to as well. Excellent knowledge of all ortho aspects, outstanding bedside manner, and always has answers for any questions or concerns. Friends and family are very grateful to have such a well skilled surgeon treating them. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable as well.

He ordered an mri but was unable to offer any help once mri showed what he suspected it would. Wasted time and money with visits.
