Spent very little time with us (my wife has been experiencing ear aches for almost a year)...dr was very abrupt and impersonal... looked in my wife’s ears quickly...said she did not see any problem...said we need to see a dentist...set us up to see “THEIR” $5K-$6K hearing aide person and walked out...NO THANKS...we went to different (much better and more thorough) ear specialist

I didn’t remember her name until I tried to find another ear doctor last week,she was cruel and prejudice,and didn’t help me at all,but I never forget what she did and said to me,it was 2011,but I never forgot.

she is so awesome, super friendly. Explains everything with you so you understand fully. She also did my complete thyroidectomy and did such a magnificent job you can barely see the scar at all. She actually played an essential part in making sure I was able to get the correct testing done that lead to the conformation and removal of my cancer!

What a nightmare, stay away! Hard hit to nose Friday PM in high-school basketball game, the urgent care told to us on Sat.AM to make appointment with ENT Monday. Patient was initially unable to breathe out of both nostrils, headaches, taking ibuprofen, discomfort, swelling. Our appointment was at 1::15, weather was horrible, w thunderstorms, we got behind an accident on way there at 141 & 44. Were 20 minutes late - receptionist told us the Dr. Ziaee would NOT see us. Needs lesson on ethics

Spent maybe 10 minutes with me before ordering 2 major tests. After tests completed there is no follow up appointment to discuss outcome of either test. Caused more stress and vertigo. Couldn't do follow up with recommended neurologist until 6 months later. Staff was efficient and very nice.

went to her 3 weeks ago 4 swallowing issues that my GI doctor couldnt resolve. Dr. Z sent me for a Controlled Barium Swallow Test. A few days later, her nurse called syd I had a slow swallow which I already knew. Couldnt tolerate prescribed med and allergic to one she prescribed. Next med required pre auth. Nurse syd would take a long time to get approv. I receiv report from radiologist of 7.5 cm hiatal hernia requiring surgery she missed.Ive left 6 mssgs & asked how she missed hernia. Fired me
