Ernest Alexander Graypel's Online Review Report Card

I have had the worst experience with this practice. I have worked in the medical field for at least 45 years and have never been treated like I don't exist or I don't matter as I have been treated with this physicians office. I have called at least 8 times to try to get through to someone about my medication. I've been out of my medication for over a week and if you know anything about mental health that's not good for the patient. I've spoken to the office staff numerous times. The physicians do not follow through with the patients request for the need of a call back or the need for a prescription renewal. This is not how a Healthcare provider treats their patients. I will be looking for a new mental health provider that will treat me with the respect and dignity that I deserve. Update: The office has replaced most of the front desk staff. The new staff seems to be responsive to calls and actually returns phone calls.

My overall experience with Dr Graypel and his office staff has been great. I have been a patient of Dr Graypel’s for just over a year and have had nothing but excellent experiences. Unable to get a refill of a prescription. Walgreens tried calling several times to no avail. My bad.

To begin, I would like to say my husband is a very difficult patient. He knows this and agrees and Dr. Graypel works wonders with him. Dr. Graypel was the first psychiatrist able to address my father's decade long depression. He was accessible, and eager to help. His whole-person, mind-body approach was able get my father back to health and a active life-style. I highly recommend Dr. Graypel to those who are suffering, and without hope.

Dr. Graypel is the only doctor I have met that is willing to accurately diagnose and aggressively treat my wife's dementia and advise/support me with the aim of maximizing our quality of life. Dr Ernest Graypel has been kind, compassionate and caring for my husband’s with his dementia diagnosis. Dr Graypel cares about my husband’s quality of life while dealing with this diagnosis and also cares about the caregiver (me). We had seen other “specialists” for this diagnosis prior to seeing Dr Graypel and none compare to the care/knowledge about dementia that we receive from Dr Graypel.

I've been seeing Dr. Ernest Graypel for over a year now. Intelligent man, knows his stuff. Got my medications straight, always hears my concerns and give an advice. I feel comfortable discussing my family problems with him and looking forward to our meetings. He has good people working at the office.
