Both my daughters see Dr. Hoefgen and I continue to be impressed with how thoroughly and clearly she explains to my girls. She really takes the time to make certain their experiences are validated and that they understand their individual treatments.

We absolutely love Dr. Hoefgen. She answers my daughter’s questions and my questions thoroughly. She never rushes us and is happy to make sure we are comfortable with any treatment. My daughter feels very comfortable and safe talking to her about personal matters. She is truly an excellent doctor.

Dr. Hoefgen was one of the first doctors to ever listen to me and ended up diagnosing me within a year. However, she never took the time to explain any of the procedures or medications and I went through with multiple surgeries not even knowing the specifics of what was being done. While there is an online portal, only the nurses ever respond and just tell you to wait for an in-person appointment to ask questions. It took weeks, many emails, and multiple phone calls just to get my diagnosis and to know said procedures even went well. I had to see a different doctor for them to tell me what she even did during those procedures. While I am grateful for the diagnosis, I am seeking continued care elsewhere.

Only spoke with the resident/fellow? Dr. Hoefgen didn't say anything while in the room. The fellow or resident did all the work. She was also on facebook in the hallway between patients for what appeared to be a very busy day. Seemed very rude to office staff and the fellow or resident who we actually spoke with.
