Dr. Rich and his team are very competent and professional individuals. He is very caring and considerate when it comes to not only the physical issue but as well as the mental strain of going through cancer. He and his team work very fast to deal with patients issues as well. After finding out I had thyroid cancer, it took just a little over a month to have surgery and I am now cancer free. I would recommend Dr. Rich to anyone experiencing ENT issues big or small.

I was diagnosed with a warthin's tumor. From my first consultation with Dr. Rich, I knew I had the right guy to have this Tumor removed. He and his entire staff went out of their way to assist me in this surgery, both before and after. This is the doctor and staff you want on your team! Thank you all!

Oct 6th 2022 was my very first appointment with Dr. Rich. He will be removing melanoma from my face here in a week or so and the fears,worries,concerns ect. ect. all went out the door after meeting Dr. Rich. Absolutely wonderful man very compassionate,personable,thorough and just as kind as he can be. I feel so much more at ease with my team of doctors as I learn to navigate this worrisome time. I would recommend Dr. Rich to ANYONE and that alone means ALOT!! So thank you Dr. Rich and your wonderful staff. I look forward to this journey being much easier as we move forward with you and your staff. ❤️ 😊

Dr. Rich is amazing!! He was wonderful with my daughter who had to have a tumor removed. I felt confident that he was the best and she would be just fine...and she was! I would highly recommend Dr. Rich to anyone. He was friendly, kind, confident and extremely competent. Thank you Dr. Rich for taking care of my girl!!

Five Star review is not enough for Dr Jason Rich and his staff. How about Ten Stars ! After two major surgeries one being 14 hours and multiple office visits I can say that Dr Rich is the real deal. Thanks Doc for your tireless work in bringing me to a healthy outcome and your compassion. You put me at ease during a very difficult time. We are so fortunate and blessed to have you in St Louis.
