This man saved my life not once not twice but three times. I even had a heart attach on this man during surgery. I highly recommend this man for your care that will be beyond and above.

Dr Rich has done my full parotidectomy surgery in 2018. It was a very complicated surgery as the facial nerve was involved in the tumour however in his hands I was safe and he made me feel comfortable before and after the surgery. The outcome was completely positive and not any damage to the nerve. I had temporary weakness on the face but in 34 months time everything was back to normal. I am 100% satisfied with the care I received with Dr Rich and will highly recommend him for head and neck surgeries.

Terrifying. This incompetent individual isnt capable of managing an animal shelter let alone making decisions for human lives. he knows absolutely nothing about prescribing the correct medication doses for anyone. he definitely should not be with a provider license for anyone or for anything. A person who is in the suppose care of him will not live he doesnt check pathology reports he will lie about performing a surgery when truly the students are performing the surgeries. Your life will be no longer and your life and your family members lives will be ruined forever. he will lie to the patients and to the family and friends of patients. Run away from this individual as fast as you can run.

Dr Rich cared for my 87yearold dad during treatment for oral cancer performing surgery and followup. He was caring communicated well with my dad and family members and provided excellent care. He is wonderful.

Dr Rich is an excellent Doctor. He was able to thoroughly explain all of my options then surgically removed my cancerous tonsil and lymph node. Extremely satisfied with him and the entire staff.

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Explained everything at my level. Read my facial expressions and explained again. Never in a hurry to get me out of the office. The medical folks I know are impressed after seeing my scars or lack of scars from both surgeries. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone including the dermatologist that sent me to him. Nurse and staff were accessible and easy to communicate with between appointments and during.

Dr. Jason Rich treated me as if were his only patient. Really took his time explaining everything going on with me what my options were and exactly what the procedure would consist of all the way thru healing and follow up. I felt he really listened to all my concerns answering not only my questions but my husbands as well. His staff was every bit as helpful and concerned for my well being. Cant say enough about the patient portal. Answered every email promptly and professionally.
