List of Jeffrey T. Reed's Reviews
Dr. Reed was great , it was my first time at his office and he addressed all my concerns patiently and the staff at the front desk was very polite and did a great job assisting all the patients.
If you are looking for good consistent patient care, KEEP LOOKING. Whereas, Dr. Reed is a nice doctor the STAFF is NOT AND has NO COMPASION FOR PATIENT CARE. Dr. Reed saw my son because he was covering for his doctor who was out of the country. My son was suffering from a severe allergic outbreak, has a severe rash and terrible unbearable itching. Dr. Reed gave him steroids and said come back to see him if the rash doesn't go away. Called to get an appointment and Linda said SORRY we can't see you until Mid November. This was totally NOT ACCEPTABLE. Then Linda had the gall to call and leave a message on my son's phone saying she talked to Dr. Reed and he said to call every day to see if someone cancelled, or could see a different doctor in the practice, who are booked out for several weeks. So this office has NO space in their schedule for emergencies and could CARE LESS if you are suffering. It would do this practice good to re-evaluate the staff and the practices of the office in regards to Emergency situations and our situation is clearly an emergency.

The first time I went there many years ago he was a dashing, young, intelligent dermatologist with his own office and I was impressed. the last time I went there, however, it seemed he had transformed into a shell of his former self. shrunken body, withered face, cranky, spiteful and actually threw an insult at me which sort of terrified his office personnel who must have been familiar with such outbursts, since they appeared terrified rather than shocked. I have seen others transformed in such a way due to alcohol and/or drugs. sorry to say that I can't recommend him and I wouldn't think for a second about going there again.
After my former dermatologist retired, I searched around and then called Dr. Jeff Reed's office. His front office was VERY helpful in establishing that I was covered (private insurance). Now, three years of great care later, I'm on Medicare and can highly recommend Dr. Reed. He's very personable and knowledgeable, and I've received GREAT care from both him and his office for the last three years. Highly recommend him!
Regret going there
he and staff would not see me for a concerning swelling on my fac near my eye. He saw me on a Monday a.m. and injected a steroid. The swelling was red and worse Wednesday and they said they couldn’t see me. I spoke with the nurse and Asked her to speak with Dr. Reed to get me in. She said she would call me back. I called again at 1:30 to discover the office was closed and no returned call. I saw my internist who recommended I see my dermatologist right away. Very disappointed,
Dr. Reed walks you through a procedure explaining what he is doing.
Dr. Reed knowledge, skill, dedication to his work and Compassion make him an awesome Doctor! I know I am in good hands with him. Thank you Dr. Reed!
I've been going to this practice for 15 years and they are kind and very efficient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
