Highly recommend. He is very patient and thorough. You won't be rushed out the door. He is one of the few doctors that understands how laryngopharyngel reflux (silent reflux) works. It is hard to find given a lot of doctors treat it the same as gerd. He and the speech language pathologist recommend the acid watcher diet book first visit. I've made the lifestyle changes and eating the healthiest I ever have. I really appreciate the honesty and not trying to push medicene for life. The goal is to use medication temporarily until symtom free then stick with the lifestyle changes. Not enough doctors inform patients how important lifestyle changes are. A lot of people want a quick fix and doesn't work that way generally. I got referred to a great G.I. doctor through him and was able to find other issues contributing to my illness. As long as I'm in St. Louis, I'll continue seeing Dr. Dahm.

Dr Dahm is confident, knowledgeable and called me at the end of the day on a Friday to explain my test results and took the time in a very kind way to answer my questions in detail. I will absolutely only go to him for any sinus, ear, throat issues that I have moving forward as I trust only him.

Notoriously late to surgeries and appointments. Seemingly bc he’s bad at not time management and showing up on time. I’d get it if he had some emergency surgery to perform or his car broke down but he was consistently late for non-valid reasons. I will say he did a great job on my seroplasty and seems to be a well respected surgeon. If you can stomach the tardiness you can be confident his work will be top of the line. I shouldn’t have to wait an hour for a 2 minute post op checkup.

Dr. Dahm saved my life. My quality of life was getting worse and I had been to several doctors including a neurologist, 2 other ENT's, my primary care doctor, cardiologist and dentist. After almost a year of severe headaches and odd symptoms and being put on different meds to no avail I went to Dr. Dahm and he diagnosed me with TMJ disorder and gave me a referral to a dentist. I had no idea that tmj disorder could give you all the symptoms I was having. I am feeling so much better and thanks to Dr. Dahm my quality of life is back on track. He actually just listened to me when I came in and didn't try to just medicate me like everyone else I had seen. So glad I found someone that figured out what was going on. Thanks Dr. Dahm

Dr Dahm did a outstanding job in excising a tumor within the perotid gland on my right side; an extremely delicate operation, so as avoid damage to facial nerves. He also did a wonderful job of concealing the scar in the cheek line.

I've been going seeing Dr. Dahm for over 10 years. He's cared for 2 of my children and has help me with chronic sinus infections caused from a brain tumor. He also found me a doctor to care for the tumor.

Dr. Dahm is one of the kindest doctors who takes his time and is incredibly thorough all in a caring manner. I would highly recommend he and his staff. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences with him.
