Been with him as my personal seizure specialist since around 2005. We have been doing well to keep my epilepsy under raps as i grew up and be happy to say less then 10. He is fast. Patient and the always listening. The waiting time is low. And the nurses are abundantly helpful and nice. I would not change my doctor at all!

I have been working with Dr. O'keefe and his staff while I was still working in St. Louis. It's been a long road but he was able to point out the concern that was focused around my C1-C2 area, although the surgeons were reluctant to perform surgery there. I was also managing a heart problem and had been on blood thinners for quite awhile. Due to additional injuries I was forced to resign due to disability. After having a triple bypass and getting through recovery time. Neurosurgeon in Springfield Mo did an updated MRI and CT-Scan was able to see the probable cause that i was having severe coordination problems and headaches. I had surgery on my spinal cord on 12/20/2019 and fusion from C2-T2, which resolved several problems. Now it's just the recovery time, and I will still be working with them on the lower part of my back which has pinched my sciatic nerves enough to cause numbness in my legs.

Very thorough review of my condition and excellent explanation of my plan of care. Spent an hour with me - I really appreciated that level of connection. Cares about taking care of my migraines and wants me to have zero pain. Personable doctor too.
