Very rude receptionist!!! I am not a patient and GLAD that I'm not, but Mercy had sent my results of my Mammogram to their office. I called to ask them if they had received it and the receptionist said if they did then we have shredded it. I ask why would you do that. It could be detrimental information. I ask why did you not contact Mercy to let them know that it was not your patient. So they could get it to my doctor. THE RECEPTIONIST SAID "THIS ISNT MY PROBLEM" SO I AM GOING TO HANG UP NOW.
Sandy was always helpful and nice. I had a small billing issue I was trying to resolve or get help with. The new young lady wasn't helpful and was rude. After multiple request to speak with anyone else. I told the girl she was being rude. At that point in a crying voice she said to me Boo Hoo Baby. All true and facts. Multiple people heard it because it was on speaker phone in the car. I've already called the Missouri board of registration for the healing arts. They are mailing me complaint forms. After calling back trying to reach the Doctor or Sandy. The doctor got on the phone and yelled at everyone in the car on speaker phone. He was given bad info. It is what it is. They lost another patient protecting a rude employee.
He was the WORST doctor I have ever come across. Dr. Marino does NOT take the time to answer your questions. Instead, he brushes off your concerns and makes you feel like a nuisance. He is quick to chase you out of the door. Recently, I asked a health question and he responded by saying, "the newest medical development won't affect you because you'll be dead anyway." WHAT?!?!?!? What doctor says that to his patient.
Dr Marino and staff were excellent. Caring, thorough, and efficient !
I have had numerous doctors in the past 30 years with the different plans my company chose. So you had to use a doctor in the plan. Luckily I have been a patient of Dr Marino for pretty long-time. He has found numerous problems I have had over the years even some that were life threatening. He is very smart and takes whatever time needed for you. The staff is great also. If my health insurance ever makes me change doctors I would keep Dr Marino and just pay him myself.
He always spends as much time as I need and makes sure I understand everything going on with my health care. The only thing I would suggest is to make emailing available for questions between appointments. Excellent staff, would highly recommend.
Quick, efficient , cured. Amazing staff!
This guy will not spend the afternoon talking golf, goose hunting, or baseball. But....He will see you at your appointment time ( not 20-30 mins later) He will be attentive to your concerns, diagnose based on the findings, and tell you what he will do and what you need to do. Thankful I found him. You will be too
This is one of the worst doctors that I have ever visited. He would not listen to what I had to say. He would come in the room and try to get out as fast as he could. I would suggest going somewhere else if I were you.
Dr. Marino has been my doctor for several years and I like him. He definitely knows his stuff, very direct and will answer your questions in a manner you can understand. His staff is wonderful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
