Lovely staff! Horrible doctor! Did not listen to me, did not allow me to detail any of my symptoms, and then decided that I must just have spring allergies and needed nasal spray (despite telling him that I had been using nasal spray). He also said that my symptoms were all in my head, ignoring all of my documentation. Rude, nasty, arrogant little man.

Doesn’t listen, interrupts, and refuses to work with anyone who will not be a cash cow. If you don’t need a lot of expensive work, he doesn’t want to waste his time with you. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a doctor that cared less than Dr. Lima. I was ignored during my appointment and never contacted after for my mri results. I had to call in several times to get any answers months later and still nothing. I don’t recommend anyone to go here. I’m still in pain with no answers. Save you time, money, aggravation, and go somewhere else.

Terrible doctor left me with terrible scars and paralyzed vocal cords for the rest of my life. Had emergency trach and my life will never be the same. Thanks I appreciate that!

I went to Dr. Lima to have my tonsils removed in 2015. His office workers were all incredibly kind in every interaction I had with them, both on the phone and in person. Dr. Lima himself, was amazing! He answered all of my questions and concerns about the procedure. My recovery could not have gone better and everything healed perfectly. Dr. Lima and his office staff prioritized each patient.

I have been seeing Dr Lima since I was 7 yrs old. He is amazing. He takes his time to listen to your concerns and is very comforting. I wouldn't go to any other ENT. He is easy to get an apt with, runs on time (mostly - emergencies do come up from time to time).

I called inquiring information about a potential visit. I explained my situation, and a pleasant woman answered the phone, and walked me through all she could. (Wish I would have grabbed her name) Even though I didn't end up using their services, she gave me multiple recommendations for ENT specialists around town and seemed happy to do so. Extremely professional and helpful. Class act if I've ever seen one.
