What a nice experience. This is your world. Dr Seria it’s the most caring person in the medical field . He will do everything in his power to help you with your medical issues . Scheduled test sending you to a specialist. His nurse/ secretary it’s wonderful a very pleasant and nice lady . Busy lady with a big heart. Very compassionate and understanding person . As I say and repeat THIS IS YOUR WORLD . If you are Ill and need a doctor that’s the office you need to be and his secretary she s so nice she will give you the same day appointment even if her scheduled it’s full she care about your health and you as a person that’s why she make sure you can be seen in the same day.

That’s the best experience I ever had with a doctor. The lady at the front desk Adrianne , she’s being the nicest person in the world , i had my appointment the same day I called , that mean someone care about my health issues and being able to see the doctor in the same day not about some minor issues as name not listed only new patient . It means nothing you need to go to office in your appointment day if you are sick and you need to see the doctor . If she give you appointment just be there rather than stay and complain and keep calling . My medical records were transfer from another office I just sign a release and everything was nice simple I got my answer and most of all I got my trust in Dr. Seria . Thank you Dr. Seria and thank you Adrianne for everything you do .

I just canceled my first appointment because the secretary/nurse is incompetent. When I scheduled my appointment, I had suggested they get my medical records because of some particular problems I've been dealing with, but she DIDN'T EVEN WRITE MY NAME DOWN. I called to confirm my appointment time - which took 7 tries because she rarely answers the phone even during business hours- and they had no record of my name. I was listed as "NEW PATIENT." I'm not going to show up to a new office that has no knowledge of me, my name, and might have 4 "NEW PATIENTS" waiting at the same time.

Dr. Joseph Seria is a very kind and passionate man about the health of his patients he listens do what you have to say about your health concerns and he takes appropriate action in ordering test having his nurses draw your blood or do a EKG or whatever needs to be done so that he can make sure that you're all right before you leave his office or if you need further testing that cannot be done in his office he will refer you to another physician that specialize in what you need in order to bring you to the Optimum Health that can beI have been one of his patients for 20 years he has taken very good care of my health and his bedside manner is excellent you could not ask for a better physician
