Was hung up on by Regina at ESSE Health at 5034 Griffin Road St. Louis, MO 63128 I have been a patient for 5 years, while making a phone call to the office to have my scripts sent to SAMS resulted in a conversation with Regina that ended in her hanging up on me and quietly uttering "have fun with the three people ahead of you", after I asked to speak to the manager. Unsympathetic and knew I would have a lengthy 20 minute wait on the call back. Very disappointing, called the office to complain.

Terrible staff, rude and unhelpful. The staff is your first contact point with the office, put on a smile and be more friendly.

Dri Cizek is a genuinely caring physician. She takes great care of both myself and my husband. We interviewed several physicians when our longtime internist retired, and both found Dr Cizek to be the type of person/physician we would want making decisions for us if we were unable to make our own. Obviously we trust her implicitly.
