Dr. Shew is the best doctor! He is kind and compassionate and took great care of me. I walked into his office with so much pain, and after he performed a minor procedure, I felt so much better. I highly recommend him.

I am so thankful for this man! Dr. Shew took time for me despite being just about to walk out of the door to end his day after I was very late to an appointment. You can just tell he is a wonderful human. Upon looking at my CT scans he found something previous doctors had not found, that I initially thought/hoped was the cause for my pulsatile tinnitus. I almost canceled this appointment previously because I had come to terms with the fact that it wasn't going away and didn't think another doctor would find anything different. I am so glad I didn't. If a doctor doesn't give you the answers you are looking for or a good reason for why something is happening, always get a second opinion, the worst that can happen is they tell you the same thing and if you need a neurotologist don't hesitate making an appointment with Dr. Shew. I am still waiting on further scans to be looked at and for my next steps but I know I am in good hands.

I have spent years, seeing ENT doctors about my left ear: pain, itching and drainage. They would give me drops and ointment, but nothing fixed the problem. I was miserable. Then heaven sent Dr. Shew, he looked in my ear and with in seconds, diagnosed the issue. He did the surgery and the follow up himself. He is personable, listens intently and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
