I saw DR Arnold when she was a resident. I found out later she had discussed me with another patient. I feel that is very unprofessional and I would NEVER go to her for that reason. HIPPA VIOLATION!!!!

Dr. Arnold is fantastic! Not only is she very knowledgeable and professional, she is very caring and compassionate. She takes the time to explain the procedure to you in very easy to understand terms. Her office staff is also topnotch! Do not hesitate to contact them for assistance.

Dr. Arnold and her staff provided the most straightforward and simple process I have ever had with a medical provider. They get you appointments quickly, have very little wait time in the office, and do x-rays right there on the spot. It is a well oiled machine. Dr. Arnold immediately identified the problem, told me the exact solution, and scheduled my surgery. It was the same issue my mother had, so I felt no need for a second opinion. Dr. Arnold showed me before and after x-rays, which showed her remarkable work. She is awesome, and so is her staff. They are friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I have to do have surgery on my other foot as well, but I will definitely be coming back to Dr. Arnold for that.

I found Dr. Arnold several years ago. She did such a great job with a metatarsal fusion- I decided that any other foot problems- I followed her. She has done three operations for me over the course of several years. All worked out great! She explains what's what and options. She's not there to chit chat but listens and explains. I won't go to anyone else. I travel 45min to see her- passing many closer doctors. My moto is: if you find a good doctor- stay with them. Highly recommend!!

This place is most definitely the place to go foot ankle problems they are my new family each and every one of them I highly recommend Dr Arnold and there staff you feel so welcomed and you know that you are definitely going to get taken care of Dr Arnold is the best foot doctor ankle doctor I have ever known I will never ever go anywhere else when it comes to her taking care of me and fixing me she does an awesome job letting me know that everything is going to be okay and taking care of the problem I will always go back always love this staff and Dr Arnold

Within 5 months, I had bone replacements in both feet. I was nervous at first, but as soon as I met with Dr Arnold, that all changed. She explains everything to you thoroughly and makes you feel as if you’re her only patient. Her office staff are a treat to deal with as well. That makes a big difference. I am telling everyone about Dr Arnold!

I saw Dr. Arnold and it was readily apparent she was completely disinterested in my injury. She put a small piece of elastic bandage on my foot, completely ignoring the fact I repeatedly told her I was having a problem with my heel and ankle. I was fortunate enough to get into a different dr 2 days later. After seeing my foot move the dr immediately realized I had torn tendons. She explained I was going to need surgery to repair the injury. The staff made me an appointment for an MRI and follow up visit. I wish I could give Dr Arnold negative 10 stars. I'll be recovering before the follow up appointment I was supposed to have with dr. Arnold.

Dr. Arnold (and staff) provide a very professional and very personable experience. Doc specifically did a great job with my foot, I highly recommend (and appreciate) St. Louis Foot and Ankle Institute!

permanent foot damage after her surgery; would not recommend

After three years and 5 or 6 different foot doctors, I finally found the one that fixed my foot. Dr. Arnold was so confident, professional, and empathetic, I knew she was the right doctor for me. She did perform outpatient surgery which took care of the major problems other Podiatrist either couldn't figure out or were not willing. I still see her on occasion for minor foot issues and will continue. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Arnold and her staff. TOP NOTCH!!!
