Dr. Tauk had a horrible bedside manner with my elderly mother. This was our third visit and we tried very hard to like our experience. In addition to being condescending, he also laughed to himself at my mother's questions and concerns. This behavior is unacceptable and we will not be back.

Dr. Tauk displayed terrible bedside manner with my elderly mother. In addition to being condescending, he also laughed to himself at her questions (which were not out of the ordinary). This was her third visit with him, and we truly tried to find the good in these appointments. Completely unacceptable behavior and we will not be back.

Can not get a hold of him, He always he never shows up for an appt. He says he is too busy ,never had sit and talked with me. All i know is i am told he is my doctor.

Dr. Tauk will not discuss a patients concerns with them or their representative. Brushes off your questions with a quick brisk response and leaves you hanging. Does not have a good bedside manner and very limited communication. Does not keep appointments. In one case we hired transportation to bring my spouse to see him at the dialysis clinic for an appointment with him and after waiting an hour, he still didn't come in. Is knowledgeable in the dialysis care of patients. When my spouse started dialysis under Dr. Tauk's care we were told he would also become her primary care doctor at that point in time. Dr Tauk does not have the communication skills to help a patient address issues that are outside the renal care area and in our case left it up to us to figure out what to do for other medical issues.
