Dr Rutledge takes time with you to listen to all your concerns. He asks questions and give you great advice and care. I hadn't been to a doctor in years and my health was bad but he's had gotten me back in my feet and in the road to healthy again!

The review that said Dr Rutledge staff is rude, is ridiculous. Everyone on the staff, especially Dr. Rutledge, is friendly, helpful and courteous. His ability to listen to your questions and choose the best treatment is outstanding.

Stopped going to see Dr. Rutledge after several poor experiences. First, the entire office staff is rude and abrupt. I needed an immediate appointment and they could not schedule me for over a week. I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour. He did not listen when I told him I had issues with the medicine he was prescribing or that I needed different medicine than he was allowing me to get. My visits were very short because I was constantly being rushed like my issues were not important.

Will not take no for an answer when you don't want to take a certain med he recommends. Is unreasonably pushy and has no respect for patient autonomy.
