He would rather pawn you off on the Mercy Clinic, who intern only made phone calls to check on me. He would not send me to my Cardiologist, so after begging and begging he finally wrote the referral. My Cardiologist said he wished he had seen me sooner! Nothing I can do now. I am going to die!!!!!!!
I love him. He is the best doctor I've had.. the other one I had did nothing but blood work all the time..
I have never seen an office like this before. My dad was a new patient. 77 years old. I arrived at his house an hour early but because of his forgetfulness, we left later than I anticipated. I called the office ahead of time and told them we were running 10 minutes late. We arrived 13 minutes after appt time and the refused to see him. You would think that a profession geriatric office would make concessions for the elderly. There was a shut down on the highway and my father has a walker and it was raining. No apologies in their part. At what point did compassion and empathy get taken out of the medical field?
I have never met a more compassionate physician than Dr. Qayum. My mother is 87 years old with numerous health problems, but he always makes her smile and feel good about herself. I highly recommend him.
I J Barnes have been going to Dr., Qayum for many years with great satisfaction.
Dr Qayum is phenomenal! I’ve never felt rushed in his office, he’s always on time, and he really takes the time to listen & evaluate—he has a true heart for the people he serves—a very genuine, kind soul.
I have recommended many family members to dr. Qayum and he takes excellent care of my parents as well.
