Dr. Naidu is a wonderful doctor and she came very highly recommended. My husband and I were very pleased with the care and service we received when she was in Festus. She takes a holistic approach and she's very kind and down to earth - with a great sense of humor. However, be advised that BJC ruined the experience for us and ultimately we switched doctors because we had such a bad experience with the office. We couldn't get into see her when we were sick and it always seemed like all the doctors and staff were rushed and overloaded. Hopefully the service has improved since we left, but the front staff at the time we were there was just plain mean. It was very unfortunate to have to switch away from such a wonderful physician!

The best Primary Care Doctor ever!!! She is so intelligent, compassionate, loving, and is the best at knowing exactly how to solve any medical issues that I have, always, and I am quite a huge challenge for my Drs!!! I just really love her, and admire her!!! She is one of my dearest Angels!!! Thank you Dr. Naidu!!! 💕🤗

Dr. Naidu is the best doctor I've ever had. She really listens to you and doesn't rush you out of her office. She cares and you're not just a patient to her, you're a person. I also like her staff they are all great people!

Dr. Naidu takes care of my elderly Mom, my sister, and myself. We love Dr. Naidu's warmth and genuine concern.....not to mention how smart and competent she is!

Dr Naidu is a horrible doctor who has a temper when it comes to her patients. We have stopped going to her after her horrible attitude to my wife. After she suggested a medicine, I mentioned that she has done it and gotten side effects and mentioned another one that works better for her. The Dr proceeded to roll her eyes and said “do you want to do my job for me? If you have such good ideas why are you even here?” We left the appointment after this happened, it was a 30 minute appointment and we left 7 minutes, however we were still charged for the 30 minute appointment. What a Scammer who cares about money!!!

We, my husband and myself, have been patients of Dr. Naidu for 20+ years. We have never been disappointed with her decisions or her compassionate care. She is more than a Dr. She is more like a best friend. My husband and I feel very lucky to have such a caring and personal doctor. She is indeed more than a "doctor". She is very intelligent and definitely a Good friend.
