Once you get to know her, Dr. Aitken is easy to talk to, evidently quite knowledgeable, and always wanting to make sure the patient has asked all the questions they need to ask. Conversely, the South County seems to regularly be short staffed on days when there are a lot of procedures (dressing changes, blood tests, etc.) Suggest they add qualified extra help on those days.
