Long waits, arrogant staff, questionable decisions, non monitored portal and zero communication with pharmacy. Moreover, very difficult to get a referral (required by insurance) and forget about getting a call back regarding blood tests or other tests.

This Dr takes time to listen at appointments. He has called in meds for me within 5 min when the office was closed. He sent a MA to get me in the ER waiting room after I was brought in via ambulance for kidney stones. He cared for me in his office. He truly loves what he does. He has been my savior on many occasions. I love Dr Tague & his daughters (office) Liz & Kat. It’s truly a family practice!

He is most certainly one of the most caring doctors around! If you need to talk to him he won’t rush you and he will never speak down to you or make you feel like an idiot! Overall he is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone, and his staff are great too

Dr. Tague is the most caring and approachable physician I've ever encountered. .So times you might have to wait a few minutes , but he always takes the time to talk about my health & is also very knowledgeable on insurance & Medicare. I also endorse his staff..

Horrible communication, usually have to contact them as they never call back. Rude receptionists. Be prepared for attitude and a hour wait (sometimes more) in the waiting room and then be prepared for another hour wait (sometimes more) in your room.
