List of Robert F. Curtin's Reviews
Dr. Curtain is Great but his Nurse/Assistant Dee Dee is BEYOND FRIENDLY. My family, friends and myself always discuss how AMAZING she treats all of us. THANKS Dee Dee for being You, this world needs more of YOU
Dr. Curtin and his staff are wonderful!
Dr Curtin has been my doctor for 18 years. I have nothing but good things to say. He is a wonderful doctor. He always has a courteous greeting and a hand shake for my husband and I. He always listens and spends as much time as needed with me. He has helped me through a very difficult disease. If he doesn't know what the problem is, he will get you to someone who does. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Curtin is always attentive and takes my concerns seriously.
The two times I had serious medical problems Dr. Robert F. Curtin diagnosed the problems immediately. His knowledge, expertise, and care were excellent.
As a long time patient i have found Dr Curtin to be a very good MD, unfortunately though, you can't see a doctor without working with his or her office staff. Dr Curtin's are among most incompetent and rude I've experienced.
Dr. Curtin always takes the time to listen to my concerns. He is a very good Doctor, I would highly recommend him. The wait time in his office is very good, we never wait more then 10 to 15 minutes until we are seeing him. His staff is very good also.
We have been seeing Dr. Curtin for several years. He is very good. Takes his time listening to you, he is never in a hurry, always a nice greeting and handshake. He is friendly and easy to talk to. He has always given us an accurate diagnosis and has taken care of our health problems. If he thinks we need to see a specialist, he does not hesitate to send us to one. I have read some of the negative reviews that have been left here and on other sites. it appears they are all left by the same person over and over. The bottom line is, Dr. Curtin is a great doctor.
It seems there is a pattern here. If you are an elderly person do not choose this doctor! My mother had abdominal pain and instead of ordering tests that could diagnose what the pain came from he said put her in hospice and he put her on pain pills. She got out of bed after a pain pill and fell and hit her head, she gave up and stopped eating after that. He writes you off if you require more than an antibiotic.
i had open heart surgery june 28 2012, at st anthonys medical center, my pain never went away in my chest where they cut me open ,(sternum).i went back to see curtin, and he said i needed to have a chest x ray,i had the chest x ray and he said it looked normal, that it was normal healing after 6 months of surgery, seeking a second opinion from another heart surgeon about my ongoing pain,he recommended i have a ct scan which i did,and the ct scan showed that my sternum did not fuse/heal back together ,and that i would need to have more surgery to repair my sternum, the surgeon i went to for a second opinion told me that having an x ray which dr curtin said i needed to have wouldnt have showed this any way, curtin prescribed some naproxen for my pain which would have done no good anyway considering that my surgeon said that if my sternum did not heal after 6 months that is not going to heal,dr j gregory lugo did my first surgery ,i would not recommend him he wired my sternum back together wi

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
