I had a wonderful/successful experience with Dr. Bernardi. From the very beginning he made me feel at ease. He was very personable from the beginning, getting to know me and even my husband. I felt very comfortable with the knowledge he had. My recovery has great and I think that had a lot to do with him doing to procedure. I would recommend Dr. B to anyone!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bernardi since 2008 and have received excellent results. My most recent surgery was a cervical fusion by Dr. Bernardi and again the pain is no more. On a previous lower back surgery other surgeons told me there was nothing that could be done and I needed to learn to live with the pain. Dr. Bernardi found the true source of the pain and I now have been pain free for 14 years.

Love him he was the best doctor I have ever been to he done 5 surgery’s on me in 2010 till 2013 when I was injured at my job in Woodriver Illinois I recommend him to everyone in western Kentucky that needs back surgery as for his staff love them to me a small town ky boy having to use a dr in a big city they all treated me like family my wife and I miss seeing them and dr rob would talk to me about everything like we knew each other for a long time and I would tell story to the dr and the whole staff would be listening and laughing thanks so much Dr R and staff you got a fan forever from Ky

He is the first surgeon that really walked us through the process. My husband is so much better the day after . He did what he said and spent so much time with us. Very nice person as well as wonderful dr

I love Dr. Bernardi, He saved my husband Richards life back in 1994, but his smart eleck staff girl that answers the phone needs to go. I wish I could actually talk to him.

I have a unique perspective on doctor Bernardi, having known him for over 30 years both as an colleague referring patients to him and as a patient myself. He diagnosed me with a rare condition on our first visit that was missed by multiple doctors before him. He has operated on me twice covering a span of 12 years (for different spinal issues). I can sit and stand without pain now due his surgical expertise. His bedside manner is excellent and his staff are wonderful. I only dread the day he retires and hangs up his shingle; as I will not know where to turn for Neurosurgical care. I highly recommend him.

He cares about each patient! He listens to your needs & wants. He explains exactly what the surgery will be, answers all questions, takes his time & looks at you when he is talking, not at a computer!! I will never have anyone else operate on my back & spine!! He is THE BEST!!!

Dr Bernardi is knowledgeable about the problems of the spine and very skilled surgically at fixing the pain that comes from the many ailments of the spine. He and his staff and excellent at communicating with the insurance company to expedite care so procedures can be approved and you can feel better sooner. Dr. Bernardi is very pleasant and patient. He listens to your concerns and addresses all questions with compassion.

I have been a patient of Dr Bernardi since 1994. Recently I needed to see him again. His NP Stephanie was so pushy and a poor listener to the point That I’m having to now find a different neurosurgeon which is terribly scary when you are already nervous from the start. I sincerely hope HE sees this.
