Dr Jackson’s office Jayme and Carol are terrible. They told my husband he was pre-authorize for sleep study when in fact it was not. We received the bill for over $2700 and we should not have to pay for their error. We have tried to speak with them and they won’t talk not return any messages. Beyond frustrated! Dr Jackson should know how poorly they are managing his office. We can’t afford a mistake like this when it was year end and our deductible had been met. Fighting for answers since Dec 2021.

He did an amazing job, most likely saved my stubborn life. Removed a Cyst in my throat that was starting to block my airway. Surgery went as planned and him and his surgical team were amazing. Just had my 2 week check up and everything is going great. Thank you Doc see you next year for the follow up!

Dr. Jackson and his staff are the most caring group of medical people I have run across. They work very hard at being very calming in a sea of fear. I would recommend Dr. Jackson to everyone.

Dr. Jackson is an outstanding ENT. He treated me for squamous cell carcinoma of the base of my tongue two and a half years ago. I am alive, doing well, and praising God for being directed to Dr. Jackson, his nurse/coordinator Lisa Shoemaker, and the rest of his staff. Very caring and very knowledgeable. As far as I and my wife are concerned, this is the go to guy if you have problems in his area of expertise and Siteman is the place to Go for cancer care. They all took extremely great care of me during my time in the hospital and through all of my procedures.

Dr Jackson seems to be a very caring Dr, he took plenty of time to answer our questions and explained how long healing would take. He is very friendly and we were pleased with him very much, will be seeing him again so I'll update!

Very Knowledgeable in his field. Great bedside manner too. Although I wouldn’t recommend a Tonsillectomy at 43. He has been nothing but honest and caring great staff too.
