She is terribly rude and offensive. I felt like she had her own agenda when it came to my health and she did not listen. She assumed I wanted disability...I do not. I would go untreated before going to her again

When you can see the Dr she's nice. I waited an hour and was never seen for my appointment so we left. Of course I won't be back because she is closing the office. Great big waste of time throughout the whole experience. Messages and calls after hours never returned... I definitely would not recommend. I'm not sure what's going on there but that's no way to run a successful business. Maybe that's why they're closing.

I am trying to reach the office to reschedule an appointment. They have no answering machine. It is a great piece of equipment to have when running a business. My appointment is 8/30/22 @ 930. I won't be able to make it. Thank you. Dawne McGee

I have been going to Dr. Hoffmann for over 12 years and I think she is one of the best RA doctors around. She will take the time to listen to you and give you the best care. I have been to several other rheumatoid doctors in the past and she is by far the most experienced.

I've been trying to make an appointment for two months. They insisted on a referral from m y doctor., even though my insurance doesn't require it. My Dr's office faxed their office at least five times, everytime I called Dr Hoffmans office, they said they hadn't heard from them. My Dr's office gave me names, dates, and what info was sent, IDr. Hoffman office staff did nothing to help me. What a sad bunch of people to be in the medical profession. Save your time and go elsewhere!

Horrible office staff. They NEVER answer the phone!! If you happen to leave a message don't expect a call back for several days, if you even get one. Dr. Hoffman and the infusion nurses seem to be good. If you ever have to call the office be prepared to NOT get an answer!! They have no respect for patients phone calls. Seriously the worse office staff I have ever experienced. Dr needs to fire them and hire new staff members who take pride in doing their job!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hoffmann's for about 15 years now. I wouldn't trust my care to anyone else. Her nurses, Sherry and Barb, have been with her this entire time and that says alot. I find all of them very very compassionate and caring. I did leave her practice for awhile when she joined SSM. Things just weren't the same. I tried a Dr at SLU. She was kind but she wasn't Dr. Hoffmann. As soon as she was no longer with SSM , I immediately came back. I was no longer in remission, as I had been when I went to the other Dr. After some medicine changes, we finally got things under control again. It is important to be a part of your medical team, to know and understand what you're going through, what medications you're taking, your allergies and get your bloodwork done as needed. It's important to know what your bloodwork is and when it's different than other times. Know your body. This will help not only your visit with Dr. Hoffmann but yourself in your healing process. YOU are your best advocate. Dr. Hoffmann is amazing and has worked wonders for me. There were times I didn't think I'd make it through a flare. We changed treatments and, over time, not overnight, things got better.

Dr. Hoffmann is kind She listens and answers questions. She is great in describing medications which have helped my condition. Her office staff is her downfall. Not in the least bit are they professional. They have always been rude and unfriendly. They do not answer the phone. Sometimes they return calls, sometimes not. Recently she prescribed an MRI for an acute flair in order to refer me to a pain management specialist. I took the film with me to drop it off to the specialist, whom I'd seen before, because I had a deadline to meet on traveling. This occurred about ten days between the appointment with Dr. Hoffmann and the test. As of that date, Dr. Hoffmann's staff had not sent the referral to the other doctor. I asked the office staff of the doctor I needed to see if they would kindly call Dr. Hoffmann's office to request the referral so I could set up the appointment (no test results=no appt.) After many years if this sort of thing. I am going to find another rheumy.

Can't even get an appointment on the books, they tell you they will call you back and never do and then treat you like garbage for calling and asking after it's been WEEKS. Should've known, reviews are terrible and have to do mostly with the disrespectful and rude staff. Better off with going to another office that doesn't treat people like trash and actually has manners when it comes to customer service.

I went to her once and even though she is a pleasant, kind person, I would never go back! She gave me an off-the-wall diagnosis which had nothing to do with my condition. Then she prescribed a medication that had horrific, mental side effects that I wouldn't even take one of the pills!
