Dr Lele is a great doctor he explains everything he is going to do and what to do after surgery .. i highly recommend Dr. Lele . kind professional and knows what he is doing , i really appreciate that . the DOWN SIDE IS HIS RECEPTIONIST DEBBY IS QUITE RUDE .. IF YOU CALL , OR IF YOU ARE THERE ! SHE HAS A BAD ATTITUDE . I THINK DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC ISN'T HER JOB .. WE THE PATIENTS DON'T LIKE TO BE TALKED DOWN TO .. OR HAVE TO BE AFRAID TO ASK A QUESTION WITH OUT GETTING YELLED AT BY DEBBY . I CALLED TO CONFIRM AN APT . DEBBIE SAID I JUST CALLED YOU AND CONFIRMED IT I SAID I AM RETURNING YOUR CALL SO I CAN CONFIRM IT . SHE MUMBLED SOMETHING AND HUNG UP ! SHE NEVER SAYS THANK YOU OR HAVE A NICE DAY ON THE PHONE OR NOT . THOUGH I LOVE DR Lele I WOULD WARN NEW PATIENTS OF HOW RUDE DEBBY IS I HOPE SOMEONE TALKS TO HER ABOUT HER RUDENESS . I THINK SHE IS DOESN'T LIKE WORKING WITH PEOPLE ON MEDICAID AND MEDICARE ! BUT ONE DAY SHE WILL BE WHERE WE ARE NOW .. THANK YOU FOR LISTING..

The office staff was very friendly and wonderful. I was able to secure an appointment the same day for my student. Dr. Lele was fabulous and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Typical 40-45 minute wait for a 10 minute eye exam. Doctor schedules about 6 patients into every 15 minute time period. I got tired of it and fired him
