List of Shirley S. Joo's Reviews
Love the doctor and her expertise as well for the level of care and caution she provides her patients. The shot clinic runs efficiently due to an appointment system. But the office management makes it difficult to be a patient there. No voicemail or email, so no ability to leave messages over the weekend or during the hour they take lunch. This means if you have a Monday appointment and you find out over the weekend that you need to reschedule, you just better plan on eating the $35 missed appointment charge. Additionally, there is no website for you to go to to pay a bill. You have to either write a check or pay via a QR code in a system that doesn't even interface with your records to show how much you owe. These are minor complaints, but the antiquated systems really begin showing when you have to go weekly.
I've been coming to Dr. Joo ever since she took over the practice and she is the best doctor I've ever been to (and her predecessor set the bar very high)! She treats the "whole person" not just whatever current symptom you have and she always goes above and beyond for her patients. I trust the medical (and life!) advice she gives and I don't know what my family would do without her! The whole office environment is wonderful too. I have referred countless friends and family to Dr. Joo!
Dr JOO is great. Never had a problem with her. One person in the office is always really short with you and rude.
Dr. Joo is a wonderful Dr. She takes the time to listen to you and she figures things out that other Dr’s have not been able to. Her staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend Dr. Joo if you need an allergist.
I have been seeing Dr. Joo and her staff for five years now. They are all very pleasant and I have never had such a thorough and personable doctor. I have referred a few family members here and they are all very happy.
I have gone to Dr. Joo for as long as she has had her practice. She is like family and is very caring about you. The office staff is like family also. I can't believe anyone in that office being extremely rude. As long as she has her practice I will be going to her.
The receptionist/office person is extremely rude. They do not properly verify your insurance benefits before they treat you and then give you nothing but snark and bad attitude when you're indebted to them because of their mistake. It's not the kind of experience I think people would like to have when having any kind of treatment. I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Dr Joo immediately became family the second we met. She is definitely an advocate for her patients and goes above and beyond to make you feel well.
It is honestly the friendliest doctor's office experience I've ever had! Dr. Joo is wonderful and will take the time to address all of your concerns and make sure that you find relief. The ladies that work in the office are the best! As much as I don't enjoy getting shots, I certainly don't mind going to Dr. Joo's office. I also refer every chance I get when friends, family, or even strangers are struggling with their allergies.
This is the most loving and caring office I have been to. They all take their time and help you at anytime. Dr. Joo is the best. As long as this office is in practice I will be there. Thank you Girls.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
