After waiting over a month I was given wrong directions and after talking to a county officer on the street I was able to find the office I arrived 15 minutes I rudely talked to and was told I would not be able to see the doctor. I have a trip planned to go to Italy but I needed my nose set and depended on this doctor but it was a very big disappointment. So I will not recommend this doctor at all.

Went to Dr. West for ETD pain and tinnitus. All he seemed to care about was the tinnitus and saw me for 5 minutes. Had me take a tympanogram and hearing test which made my ears even more painful. Then his audiologist tried to sell me $2500. hearing aids! Asked about original ETD pain issue that I came seeking help for and was told Dr. West was done with me for the day, would send me the test results of tympanogram and that was "it". Had horrible pain during night. Called exchange and told to take Tylenol and call back in morning. Still waiting to hear after doing that and still in pain.

Dr. West is a superb doctor. He is gentle in manner, concise in explanations, warm and friendly, very highly skilled and knowledgable. My mother, age 99, was delighted with his personality and his treatment. He made her comfortable, worked quickly, and she had no discomfort in her very sensitive ears during treatment. He cleared the clogged passages (one clogged to the point of not being able to hear) and she felt relieved and glad in a short time. I was able to get her an appointment as a new patient in just a couple of days. His staff was extremely gracious and caring of my mother who needs some assistance in moving about. We were very happy with Dr. West and would see him again without any hesitation and will recommend him to friends.

I had a 100% good experience in my appointment with Dr. West this week. I got my hearing back after he treated my ears, one of which was completely clogged with wax. I cannot have my ears treated with water or similar "home" type remedies, so I needed to see a specialist. Dr. West is such a specialist and his treatment was gentle, completely effective and did not take very long. He was very gentle in his treatment process, and his staff was very kind and considerate and I waited only about 5 minutes in the waiting room. I was a first time patient but got an appointment just a couple days from my initial call. What a pleasure it was to visit Dr. West and feel so great afterwards. I definitely recommend him to any and all.

I've spent more time in a fast food drive thru than I did in Dr. West's exam room. I waited 25 minutes in the waiting room and was in and out of the exam room in less than 10 minutes. And I managed to rack up a $300 bill that included a charge for a nasal endoscopy. It was never explained to me by Dr. West that this was considered a "surgical procedure" and that would not be covered inside of the office visit co-pay. Had I known that, I would have politely declined when the doctor stuck some tube up my nose for 5 seconds. Patients beware and be informed before your next ENT visit.
