Calls are not returned. Dr Faiz does not know how to treat infections and changes courses of treatment prescribed by Dr Nellore. Fails to send orders for treatment. Sent an antibiotic already did not work. Looking for another infectious disease doctor.

After more than a year with this group, my infection is worse than it was when I first started with them. Dr Nellore took a bone biopsy to determine what antibiotic would be the best treatment. I endured six weeks of daily infusions that did nothing to help heal the infection. After this failure, I was under the care of Dr Nellore’s assistant, Fazillah Faiz, who knew little to nothing about how to treat my wound. The breaking point of my relationship with this group was the day she made me wait 45 minutes because I was 5 minutes late for my appointment. There were no other patients, she was just chatting with the receptionist. I had waited on her as much as fifteen minutes but my being late (due to traffic) seemed to be a real irritant to her. I never went back. It is very difficult to find a good infectious disease gtroup in my area.

Dr. Nellore takes his time talking to you is doesn't rush you while hes in the room. He is a very caring man!

He is super rude to nursing staff. Called him at night for a consult and he said “what’s wrong with you?” I am new to the hospital and instead of being kind he was very condescending. I hope he’s not this way with his patients.

This doctor would not refill my HIV medication without an appointment. I was not able to make the original appointment to get my refill, and was refused a refill over the phone. This forced me to do without my very important, life-saving medication. The doctor had no empathy or concern whatsoever.

Please dont waste time with this quack.Talks good,but has poor knowledge.My family doctor rated him as zero when I told him what I was diagnosed with.I went to 2 other infectious disease specialists,they all confirmed that Dr.Nellore was wrong.
