Everyone was very professional and friendly from the nurse/medical assistant through the PA. The radiology tech was great (Kelsey) and explained everything she was doing. I was included in the decision-making process for diagnostic imaging and they were very thorough and provided copies of my X-rays and CT scan. The facility was very clean and it was overall a pleasant experience (except for being injured in the first place).

With a sense of collaboration and empathy, PA A McClure ensured that I received the most appropriate tests and treatment. I was able to speak with her as I would my own physician, and was able to coordinate all the needed care at one visit. I had been worried about a potential negative result for some time, based on my siblings recent health issues. She discussed the benefit of knowing now (of course!), and the resultant good news eased my mind.The entire staff is professional, competent, and kind. Thank you

My Doctor told me to go to Urgent Care and they were fantastic! No wait, seen by the Doctor immediately, he diagnosed my problem and we were out of there. I would recommend Urgent Care and this particular location to anyone needing medical assistance who doesn't want to wait in a hospital waiting room.
