I live in Ellicottville, a tourist town south of Buffalo, NY. We have access to many good doctor's from the Buffalo area. However, when I get to the Nashville area (my daughter and her family lives SW in Franklin) I try to get in a visit with Dr. Kim. This time, I saw her 4 times in 2 weeks. Normally, those visits would be stretched out, but we had a time crunch and she worked with me. I ache all over. I have been told I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, osteoporosis, ad nauseam. I'm in my 70"s so some of that is to be expected, or so I thought. Dr. Kim thinks otherwise and is working with me, now long distance, to explore possibilities for relief. The most important thing, aside from therapy, that she gives is a willing ear, and time. She listens. She thinks. She responds. She obviously cares. Would I recommend her? Heck, yes!

I've known Kimberly for years and she has helped me tremendously. Turns out I had a correctable health issue that was stalling my weight loss that when diagnosed properly, has been completely manageable . I'm happy to report that I've lost over 60 pounds and that even though I'm not quite where I want to be, I am at a healthy weight. Thanks Kimberly!

Dr. Brengle cares about every patient and is very thourough.

Kim Brengle is the best. Spends quality time with her patients and really listens to my issues. Her knowledge of nutrition separates her from all other doctors in the Williamson County area. I had lower back issues and she gave me an adjustment but also showed me great exercises to strengthen my back.

I have been seeing Dr. Brengle for a few years now. I make a point to see her every month. My body always runs much smoother after getting adjusted. I highly recommend her.

A family member went here mainly for digestion issues and they really helped her with a couple of health problems. Their evaluation and advice worked.

Dr. Brengle has been treating me on and off over the past 9 years. I move around a lot, so my consults usually take place by phone these days. Whenever I am in the Brentwood, TN area, I always pop in for a massage and adjustment! She has treated my chronic back and hip issues, coached me through stress management, identified gaps in my hormone balances and treated them...She has truly helped me to live in my health to the fullest! Dr. Brengle is caring, takes time to explain the "what/why/how" of your situation, and works with you to develop a plan address your issues. I highly recommend Dr. Brengle for your Chiropractic, Nutrition, Supplemental Program, Sports Therapy, Massage Therapy, Chronic Pain Management, Stress Management, Hormone Therapy needs!!!!

Dr. Brengle is amazing! I had never been to a chiropractor before, and an accident prompted me to ask friends for a recommendation. I'm so glad I chose 3 Elements out of the many options! Not only does the treatment make me feel much better, being with Dr. Brengle is a delightful time...she is very caring and knowledgeable. So much so that I made an appointment for a nutritional consultation and a massage! Molly, the massage therapist is one of the best I've ever experienced...she can do a relaxing massage, as well as deep tissue. Great place all around!

Kim Brengle is knowledgable and intuitive. She takes time to really listen and approaches her recommendations for treatment with careful evaluation of many factors. Her broad knowledge of nutrition is a definite enhancement to her chiropractic expertise. I would also highly recommend Donna for deep tissue massage. She is all about finding those stress knots and coaxing them to release. A massage with her is truly therapy that makes a difference in how I feel when I leave the office.
