He has been a great Doctor for me for years
A doctor who listens to you for sure.
I have been a patient of Dr. Radparvar for over 15 years for my Type 1 diabetes. As most should know, this disease doesn’t cure itself and it never goes away. I will ALWAYS need daily dosages of insulin. I called in a refill of humalog at my pharmacy, and was later told that the doctor declined to refill said prescription - stating that I needed an office visit. This has happened several times throughout the past several years. I had my last visit roughly six months ago and it was the exact same conversation that has taken place for the past ten years: “try to stay away from the high blood sugars.” Sounds great! I currently have no medical insurance but have found a way to get a low co-payment for insulin - but once again, Dr. Radparvar is more interested in office visit billables and less (not) caring for patients. Again, if I don’t take insulin, a quick yet painful death awaits. I’m a human being that is 100% reliant upon insulin - and this doctor holds patients hostage.
Condition that I was being seen for was not explained to me well enough. I know it was for a Thyroid problem, but I did not receive any results from a test that cost alot of money to provide. He did not explain why the test was being done. The staff was not friendly at all. I would not recommend the provider.
Great physician especially for thyroid issues. Not worth dealing with the staff. Dr. R.is very nice but hires down. Staff is not as polished as those you find in most offices.
Dr. Radparvar has been our family doctor for many years. We really highly recommend him to our friends and neighbors. He has treated my children's illnesses and provided them with health advice as well.
very personable
I had seen him for about 7 years and had no real problem with him. He ordered a bone density test for me but would not give me the results without another appointment (read...co-pay). I was incensed when I found out that I have osteopenia MONTHS after the fact because that is when I wwnt in for my regular appointment. How do you NOT tell a patient they have a problem when you order the test and get the results showing a problem UNLESS they make another appointment?!?
I have been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes for 6 years now and never have been treated so badly by a doctor and their office staff before I came to Dr. Radparvar. This doctor cares more about lining his pockets than being considerate to his patients. Recently, he requested I come visit the office a total of 4 times in a month and a half to wear a monitor to discover why my blood sugar was high. I explained to the doctor that it was due to bad eating and drinking, and that I would be focusing on eating better and exercising. He said we need to figure out why it was high, but I already told him I was working on making big lifestyle changes and asked if we could see if making these changes would help lower my a1c. Apparently this didn’t matter to Dr. Radparvar and he insisted that I have no choice but to visit him those 4 times, which each time would cost me to visit as well as interrupt my busy work schedule making it incredibly inconvenient for me to adhere to this demand. Finally, I explained to the office workers I felt like this wasn’t working for me so I wished to see a new doctor and would just need insulin to hold me over (a month) in the meantime, but the office worker explained that it would “just be best for us to part ways. You can get insulin at an urgent care.” Again, I’ve moved to a few different cities and have had 2 other doctors, and never in my life have I had a doctor and staff be as inconsiderate and unprofessional as this one. Each time I spoke to the doctor and staff, not once did I feel welcomed, it seemed as if I was more of a burden to them. If you are seeking a doctor and staff who truly care about your well-being, I’d strongly suggest you seek elsewhere, otherwise you’ll be incredibly disappointed by Dr. Radparvar and his staff.
He is very nice, and he pointed out things that my other doctors never noticed! I'm so glad I found Dr. Radparvar.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
