Rob Miley's Online Review Report Card

I went in to see my primary care physician and she was on maternity so they Botchwell stuck me with Dr Miley. I was needing to be seen asap due to having chronic and severe pain causing me to not be able to work and was unable to schedule an appt with my gastro specialist at that time. I even went in to the awful walk in clinic before I was able to be seen by Miley cause it was so severe and I refuse to go to the ER and be treated like garbage with no solution by the awful people in the Bothwell ER... Ive played that game before and wont do it again... Well the walk in nurse said I needed to see my primary... So I finally get in with them at Bothwell Family Health just to be told by Dr dumbas$ Miley that he didnt understand why I was even there cause I needed to see my specialist after I had already told them in the office I couldnt get in to my specialist for another month.... He did some basic tests and ordered a CT scan that didnt go through for 2 WEEKS Bothwell said it was my insurance but they didnt receive the request for almost a week. The week after I saw Dr Doesnt Care I had to take off from work yet again due to chronic and severe pain that I almost broke down and went to the awful ER for and was suggested by my work to explore short term disability while I get my health situation figured out... So I call Bothwell and ask for a specialist referral to another specialist and told them at that time I didnt care if I had to drive 3 hours or more to get in as long as I could get on asap since Dr Miley couldnt help me... I also told them I was needing medical records as I was applying for short term disability for work and was physically unable to eat let alone work as well as I asked them who to give the paperwork to regarding the short term... They told me my specialist had to fill it out... Anyway I was able to get in with my specialist sooner as someone had cancelled the day before my appt with them someone from Mileys office finally reached out to me regarding a new specialist only 2 weeks later And I told them no need now as I was able to move my appt up... Anyway fast forward another week of misery and I see my specialist who orders some xrays and an MRI and such and I asked them to fill out my paperwork... They wait a whole freaking week way to go MU Health to tell me they cant help with it as they only do paperwork for FMLA and my primary has to fill out the short term stuff gotta love being dragged in circles by Dr offices. So my wife takes the paperwork to their Bothwell family health office and they told her they would reach out to me prior to sending it in to discuss and that this was Dr Mileys last day and he had to fill it out himself as he was the one who treated me.... Well guess what he filled it out with the wrong dates and I said as such and had to take another call back from his receptionist cause God forbid Drs ever call you themselves to discuss anything just to be told that he wouldnt change the dates as I he never advised I shouldnt work he didnt advise ANYTHING other than see my specialist and that if I needed this filled out with other info I SHOULDVE TOLD THEM AT THE OFFICE AND SHOULDVE COME BACK TO SEE HIM BEFORE WTF LIKE DUDE... YOU TOLD ME TO SEE SOMEONE ELSE AND DIDNT KNOW WHY I WAS SEEING YOU TO BEGIN WITH AND I EXPLICITLY TOLD YOU I WAS NOT ABLE TO WORK AND WHY WOULD I COME BACK TO YOU WHEN YOU SAY YOU DONT GET WHY I DID TO BEGIN WITH THANK God this is his last day here cause hes a freaking jerk who doesnt have anyones health at heart and only cares about the same thing Bothwell as a whole does... The almighty dollar... Im done with Bothwell as a whole after this... Taking myself my wife and my kids to anyone else but them which is a real shame cause I liked my actual primary... But riddle me this Botchwell... Why would you have a Dr who is on his way out fill in for another Dr on maternity leave just to have those patients have to see yet

I would give him a 5 rating as I am very pleased and happy to find a replacement for my last Dr that I also liked very much.

Awesome doctor

Dr. Miley is a great physician. We are lucky to have him in Sedalia. He is very kind and understanding. We have gone to him for many different reasons and he has always been able to help. He is careful thoughtful and knowledgeable. He has been great with my children. He has treated me several times as well and I will be going back to him next time I am sick. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. His office is very nice as well.

Excellent caring and compassionate doctor who is very thorough. He goes above and beyond to care for his patients with great bedside manner. We trust him to care for our entire family.

Horrible Heartless Doctor who showed absolutely ZERO compassion or understanding. I wouldnt send my dog to him.
